Brad is wonderfull!

I must admit, Brad has been the most amazing husband during this journey. All the days I couldn't get off the couch (literally) he cleaned up, picked up, washed up...and kept asking me if I needed anything. Now that I'm feeling better, he's jumped right in on getting registered, and picking out cribs, and paint color. I tell you what it's amazing. These kiddos are the luckiest to have a father who is so concerned about them, and their mother. He wants nothing but health and happiness for our family! Love you baby!

Shopping for the babies!

We've got a good start on the things we want to get for the baby. Well, the big things, cribs, car seats, furniture for the room, monitors...you get the idea. Mom, Chanda, and I are going shopping for the cute and fun stuff on Thursday. We might not buy anything, but Chanda is gonna help by telling me what did and did not work for her. We were so overwhelmed the first time we went into Babies 'r' Us and to Buy Buy Baby. Wow can you say going broke! ha But we've got some wonderful family and friends, (and strangers) offer us some great advice on things that they couldn't live without, so there is so much to do. This is going to be an interesting journey!
Well I am at 14 weeks now, from week 6 to week 12 I was sick sick sick! Had a difficult time keeping any food and fluids down. I had to go to the hospital twice for fluids, my doctors office once for fluids...and wear an I.V. at home for 8 days so I could catch up and get ahead of the fluid loss. I actually had to to start on the zofran pump, a very stylish little pump that I had to wear 24 hours a day for 4 weeks to delvier anti-nausea medicine. It was horrible, poor brad had to change my infustion site twice a day, and it hurt so bad. We were running out of places on my thighs and stomach to put the sites! So I finally took it off about 2 weeks ago, after not getting sick for 5 days. I haven't gotten sick yet! Thank GOD! I've been able to eat normallly now for about 1 1/2 weeks. So things are looking up.
